Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great for Tracking Pollen I have used this product for four years. I was introduced to it during an AP summer institute. I have tried several ways attempting to get drastic results. I have had students place them in bedrooms, hallways, and other places at their homes. Some results were significant and some not so. We did the same around school with similar results. It was not until we placed them outside during pollen season that our counts were up. Those previous locations were limited due to home and school air filters. Hanging strips outside gave us a lot of data to work with. Pollen falls so quickly here in Georgia that calculations of deposition rates were easily done.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easy to use, quantitative results I have used these for a few years now. I love the grids that are pre printed on the cards, as it makes it quite easy to make quantitative measurements using either a dissecting scope or scanning power on a compound microscope. Much better than petri dishes smeared with petroleum jelly.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easy to use Very easy to use. I was able to focus on designing the experiment with students instead of preparing our own collectors. I would have liked some ideas on how to place the collectors in outdoor locations. We ended up taping them to the bottom of a metal pan.
